    Rent should not (after taxes and deductions) exceed 35% of the total monthly or yearly net income: $63,428 - $66,857 minimum net income required by tenant or guarantor.


    A good current or previous landlord reference is required. Not applicable for current homeowners, and first-time renters. If you are maintaining a residence and a rental unit you must be able to income qualify for the apartment with consideration of your monthly mortgage payment.
