Meet the Team

As the Residential Leasing Manager I single-handedly oversee the marketing, scheduling, showings, applications, lease processing, and assist with move's in to each and every apartment throughout our eight (8) communities. My response times are slower than most as I prefer to spend quality time with each potential tenant reviewing all details of the pre-lease process. Please note that when I do get to you I will be just as efficient and try to make this an easy and enjoyable process for you.

Marsha Coocen, our Office Manager has been with our company for over 15 years. Once you are moved into a Period Property, Marsha will assist you with general questions, comments, and concerns. She will be able to answer your maintenance questions and dispatch our maintenance staff as quickly as possible.
