Period property management

Appointments can be booked via phone call or text to (978) 490-0738 or emailing Rentals@periodpropetymanagement.info 

We now require advance proof of ID with all showing requests. Any adult over the age of 18 who does not have a valid government issued ID will not be able to tour 

Once you are a Period Property Management resident, service calls are managed through our office; Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.  Staff is available to take your general questions and service calls. 

We have 24/7 emergency maintenance.

Rent is due on or before the first of each month. You can mail your rent checks directly to the ownership, drop checks at our leasing office, or have your bank automatically forward payments each month.
